Gladys H. Oberle School

Employment Resources Incorporated (ERI) provides teenagers and young adults with the Education, Transition Services, and Workforce Training, they need to reach their personal and professional goals.

ERI’s programs are linked closely to the needs in our local labor market. Partnerships with educational institutions, employers and social service agencies ensure strong connections between academic and occupational learning.

ERI is unique in that it operates an alternative education day school within its business setting. The Gladys H. Oberle School's primary goal is to equip students with the academic and social skills that will enable them to successfully return to the public school setting. The School's secondary goal is to prepare students to successfully transition from school to post-secondary education/training and employment. There is also a Summer Program offered.
