Transition Training

This course focuses on preparing students for the world of work through both classroom-based activities and a training site. Classroom instruction includes life skills instruction, career exploration and work-readiness training. Students in this class will be mastering work readiness skills. This course will development organizational, resume writing, and interviewing skills for the student. They will participate in role playing all aspects of preparing, applying and interviewing for a job. After mastering the classroom, students are placed on a training site in the community to learning “real-life” employment skills
