MANAGEMENT

Employment Resources Incorporated (ERI), was founded in 1990 by Joan P. McLaughlin and Gladys H. Oberle. ERI was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1991.

ERI specializes in providing quality services to youth. Our Workforce Development Professionals, Certified Teachers, Employment Specialists and Transition Specialists design and implement innovative programs to meet the academic, workforce development and transition needs of at-risk youth in the Greater Washington and Northern Neck Regions of Virginia.

Since 1991, ERI has provided thousands of youth with state-of-the art educational and workforce development services. ERI has been recognized on a state and national level for its model Career Center and Transition programs.

ERI was recently recognized by HUD for our YouthBuild Program and received accreditation with commendation by VAISEF (Virginia Association of Independent Special Education) for the Gladys H. Oberle School.
