Since 2005, ERI has offered eligible young adults, ages 18-24, with a comprehensive Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Skills Training Program. This 6-9 month program offers:

Entrepreneurial Skills Training
Leadership Development
Financial Management
Work Readiness Training
Driver’s Education
Classroom and on-site Construction Skills Training
Job Placement
